Interesting, but it does leave out what would seem to be an important question: where are the votes coming from?
The usual assumptions are that the most important voting block consists of tween and teen girls, and that they tend to be biased toward cute boys. I haven't seen any actual data to prove either of those assumptions, and that's a study I'd love to see.
Yeah, it's an old argument in the WGWG conversation: are the voters crazed tweens or crazed cougars? How much does speed-dialing factor in? I don't know how you'd measure the demographics, though.
